Returns and refunds

❌NO RETURNS ❌NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We will gladly issue you a store credit  if your return meets our requirements. Then you will have 7 days to complete your return and receive your store credit.

We understand that items may not fit and you may need a smaller or larger size. We ask you to mail it back ASAP in the order to receive your merchandise credit.

Returns For Store Credit Must Meet These Requirements:

  1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns or items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags, items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  2. Merchandise must have all tags, including hangtags attached. Any merchandise marked on sale cannot be returned.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
  4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to J.B.K Boutique.
  5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
  6. Here at J.B.K Boutique we diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the items does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Return Processing Time

Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
